Arrival and booking in was hassle free if a bit impersonal. No concierge etc for bags etc. Directions to room given by staff but no one to show the way and explain facilities. All a bit of a rush from the desk. Near to the centre but still a 15 min walk or Taxi ride. Information available if asked for. The lady on conceirge desk very efficient when a taxi was required. Room well equipped and clean. The breakfast was very good and appeared to cater for all tastes. All in all an acceptable place if you want this location.

5 minute walk to city centre, great swimming pool and very nice interior. Great hotel.

Room was in a location very close to lift, so was a little noisy at times. Generally good hotel and good service, but beware the parking charges!!!!

The initial welcome at reception was friendly, polite and efficent and the subsequent service and friendliness of the staff team in all areas of the hotel, was excellent. A good breakfast, with plenty of choice !
