everyone was very friendly and helpful. the only problem was guests smoking in their rooms not realizing it set off the fire alarms and the SF fire department arrived in the middle of the night twice. Not the hotels problem...the guests.Loved the location!!!!!! I travel alot and couldn't have asked for better. Thanks!

Great hotel. Terrific location. Not only handy to Fishermans Wharf, but handy to Walgreens a reasonably cheap supermarket. Didn't think much of their breakfast, but walk around the corner and go to the Marriott and their breakfast buffet is wonderful, not cheap but good food.

Great hotel, rooms were very clean and the location is great, only 2 blocks from Fisherman's Wharf. The ceiling/floor are thin so you can hear the neighbours though. The reception staff were polite. No food on site, however no problem since all the cafes/restuarant are close by (I recommend going to a cafe in the next block for breakfast on Taylor St, towards the ocean, great price, food & service) I would recommend a stay here, however a bit expensive I think.

A comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff on the desk. Very good cleaning staff who did a good daily job of squaring up the room.
