Customer service was great, solved our problem with no hesitation. Location was convenient for what we were doing in Niagara. I've stayed int he other towers and the rooms were nicer, but we also paid more for those rooms. Not that there was anything wrong with the room I was in, but it was less modern. Great hotel and Excellent service, will stay again 100%

fut assez bonne. Le mieux c'est le restaurant du 33 ème étage. Nourriture bonne mis sans plus, le bon c'est la vue extraodinaire sur les chutes de nuit et la gentillesse du personnel. La chambre très moyenne compte tenu que nous sommes dans un complexque uniquement de tourisme moyen. Tous les hôtels de la régions sont des usine à touriste, mais si l'on veut voir les chutes et rester sur place....nous n'avons pas trouvé d'autres solutions.

Be sure to book this in advance, otherwise the rooms are all taken and u might end up paying the same rate for a horrible motel...
