Hilton Hotel New York Guest Reviews
After staying at two other great Hiltons in London & Venice this hotel was a great let down in pretty much all areas. Look elsewhere for accomodation is all I suggest.

Great location. Close to theatres, Central Park, Metropolitan Museum. Our room was quiet and well serviced. We were very satisfied.

Reception staff not friendly Room 2047 had a window which did not fit and hence constant street noise all night. Bathroom old & sad Bars too crowded and poor service Men's Lobby toilet on Saturday evening 17th Dec was totally disgusting and filthy will all loos blocked!! A lot of staff standing around doing nothing!

Everyone was nice and the fitness center was well equipted (no combs, and the sauna did not work properly). I stay quite often in NY and for the money, this was the smallest room with a queen size bed except for the Hudson (the Hudson had a smaller bathroom). If you are staying one day, it is okay but each night it gets more clostriphobic. I will never staty there again

I was amazed by the size of the room. This trip was a last minute getaway. The boutique (reasonable) hotels I was familiar with were totally booked. The Hilton was priced much less than most other hotels in the area, but it was great...walked the few blocks to Rockefeller Center to see "the tree".
