We checked into the hotel on a Saturday night. Check in was efficient, and the young girl checking us in (Kelsie?) told us she had upgraded our room. I was happily surprised as we had secured a good price on the internet, and was not expecting any perks. We were also given a voucher for free breakfast in the morning. Our room was wonderful. A one bedroom suite, with modern ammenities and clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and so was the air-conditioning. The breakfast buffet was by far, the best I've ever had for a hotel buffet style. Hot foods, fruits, cheeses, biscuits, cold cuts, etc, etc. Transportation that leaves every 3 minutes is but one block away and wisks you downtown in about 15 minutes (skytrain) We will most definitely stay here again, as it exceeded my expectations in every way.

We had stayed at another hotel of the same caliber the night before in Seattle, and we enjoyed your hotel much more. It was friendlier, better service, (the other hotel didn't even offer to take our bags). My wife truly enjoyed the 460 shop mall across the street, we would love to stay there again in the future. It was our 15th wedding anniversary, and we had a wonderful time. We were both pleasantly pleased. Thank you for a great stay.
