LA is a huge place and if coming in late at night you might as well stay close to the hotel since you will need to travel around anyway. The Hilton LAX is very cheap and comfortable. It is noisy though, the walls are not thick and it's not insulated and you hear the jets taking off. I had to sleep with ear plugs. Cheap tours can be arranged from the hotel which take in everything you want to see in LA.

Nice cleanly hotel, a typical Hilton experience. Location is horrible! Have to CAB every where in LA from this particular spot. While I was there the pool and spa was shut for renovation, but there was an availability to use a different hotel's pool.

This is a nice, fresh, comfortable hotel. As any premium hotel, they charge you for breathing (Internet, parking... you name it) But I guess that's life!

I kidd you not, this hotel is made out of solid gold. There is no way any person could be dissatisfied- the interior is drop dead gorgeous, including the rooms themselves, so beautiful; all restaurants inside the building are completely charming with delicious menus, not to mention room service/related assistance are so incredibly nice. Believe it or not, it is all entirely affordable on a modest budget. You must try the Hilton at this location, literally I had the most uplifting and glamorous vacation here. Definitely I will be going back to relive my experience!
