"The hotel is ideally placed for all the terminal buildings at Heathrow and the standard is what you would expect of a Hilton hotel. On check-in there was only two members of staff present while there was 10 guests waiting to check-in, so it took at least 20 minutes to be served. The reception staff were very friendly and apologetic for the wait. Another criticism is that the lift entrance is too narrow so I had to offload one of bags (sports size) to get into the lift. The rooms were overheated and even though I turned the temperature right down it was still far too hot and we had an uncomfortable nights sleep."
