The hotel is indeed 5 star.The room is very clean, the service superb. I am very grateful to the concierge who helped me from being overcharged by the taxi driver. I certainly would stay here again if I get a chance I go to Hanoi.

stayed in executive club room which gave access to club lounge, well worth the extra cost as great food and drinks available all day from early breakfast to late supper including good wine
