I pre-paid for two nights for an ocean view room, I did not get a ocean view room I got a room facing the front of the hotel, when I complained about this, all they could find is a room with twin beds for which I did not want.

By over seas standards the room was very good. Could have used a microwave in the room, and the bed was uneven they did fix that the next day. You could hear the elevator in the room and we where three rooms down. All in all a comfortable stay.

the experience i had at the hilton was great. the staff was very courteous except for their security that was a bit snobby, i chose the delux room plus room, there was no view but the roof of the lobby because we were in the lower level but the room itself was great. the bed was comfortable and the room was big. dinner at roy's restaurant with their steak was fantastic! overall i would say my stay in hilton guam was great. :)

Orbitz advertises free breakfast but once you get to the hotel they tell you that you have to pay. Breakfast is $20 a person. What a pain! Also the hotel had free pickup at the airport (just tip the guy $5) but they said you have to pay $10 a person on the way back. But do actually have a free shuttle. The staff aint the smartest bunch. Other than that the place was great. The beach was really rocky so you would have to go next store to Y'pao part to get that sandy beach feeling. The food was amazing, a bit pricey but they have some great deals like $40 all you can eat steak and lobster with bottomless bottles of premium beer. Also this place is pretty family friendly. They have a kids pool and indoor playground. Also in the main indoor restaurant they have a small playground in the restaurant where kids can play and you can eat. Its separate from the rest of the restaurant so its a life saver if you have a kid that likes to play and run around.
