The hotel staff were friendly, very helpful, and the room was a good size and the bed was wonderful. The location was perfect if you are going to Times Square, Radio Music City Hall, Rockefeller Center, NBC News, St Patricks Catheldral and of course Macy's

The Hotel was very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful,location is ideal for all the sites,also the Pigalle restaurant adjoinong is convenient for breakfast and evening meals.

we were a party of 9 we stayed at hgi for 3 nights we all loved every minute in new york and the rooms at the hotel were fantastic very clean and comfortable we would all stay there again
