I was having a hard time finding the hotel but the staff was very polite and help me find the place. Everything was great.

We had just come from an extremely pleasant and fresh Holiday Inn Express in Vancouver, and were staying the night in Seattle at the Hilton Garden Inn before catching a long flight back home early in the morning. It just felt old and stuffy - not sure how else to describe it. The hotel and our room had that smell of years of cleaning products - not offensive, just not pleasant smelling. And the bathroom just felt and smelled old. It was a place to sleep and shower. Usually I overlook those things if I'm staying somewhere cheap, but not at a Hilton.

We enjoyed our visit and the hotel met all our needs. We were resting in Seattle from a trip to Hawaii and would stay at the Hilton again. We liked that the hotel offerred both breakfast and dinner. Food was good and the hotel was very clean and nicely located.

Front Desk staff were always friendly and helpful. They always said hi when we came in. The room was great, and the bed very comfortable. We did not eat at the restaurant, but the breakfast looked wonderful. This is a more expensive hotel than we usually stay at[...]! Would stay here again if we got the same prices...
