We arrived early and to our surprise our room was ready. The room was clean and in good repair. Location doesn't get much better.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I am a Gold Member for a reason, the Hilton Hotel chain is outstandingly consistent! Hotel was well located and convenient to the airport! Overall, excellent stay and excellent hotel!

This hotel was a great value! Very nice accomodations and conveniently located if you need to stay on the northwest side of Chicago.

HILTON HAS THIS NEW SLEEP NO. THE BED WAS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLEIST BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT IN. I DIALDED THE BED TO SOFT ON BOTHE SIDES, IT STILL SLEPT LIKE A BRICK WITH A PAD ON THE TOP.

A group of ladies stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We found the accessible rooms very roomy (that's all that was left when we reserved). The rate was great and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The only improvemenst would be the design/slope of the shower floor so that it wouldn't get so wet when showering. It was a little noisy Sat. night when loud neighboring guests returned.
