Very surprise, coming from Vegas,thinking is a 3*,but very good hotel, nice and big room the same for the bath-room, and very good breakfast.

We stayed for two nights. The first night we got in late so we decided to eat at the hotel. The food was ok, but the service sucked. We had to ask three times for more to drink. So the next day we looked on line and there were no restaurants anywhere close. But the stay was nice and the room was clean and comfy. The nice thing was it was minutes from the airport, and they offered shuttles.

Very comfortable room and amenities. The hotel was very organized and especially clean. The dining room and breakfast service was a pleasant experience.

A clean, comfortable room that was convenient to SFO via the complimentary shuttle (10 minute ride). Complimentary computer in public area so folks without a smart phone or laptop can print out a boarding pass and check email. Hotel restaurant was open late, which was good because there is nothing in the business park neighborhood area but a couple of gas stations, which were convenient to gas up one's rental car. Free laundry room was a nice touch. Pool could be bigger, but who had time to use it. Only complaint was no free newspaper in the morning.

Loved the location, able to take the caltrain system to downtown from hotel area. Close to airport... yet only minutes from downtown San Francisco. Delicious free breakfast for family. This was a sightseeing trip, so a good night's rest was a must. Friendly, helpful staff.
