After staying at some wonderful places in Italy, I was looking forward to having some down home comforts at the Hilton. What I found was a staff which did not always believe in service and often had attitudes. I had thought my room included breakfast, but that got lost along the way - perhaps my fault - but they were not helpful during the discussion. I had chosen the hotel as a place where my daughter could hang out during the day while she was working and waiting for her plane - there was no place to do that. Ah well.

We needed to fly out of Rome early and needed a room. I payed a little more for this hotel than I wanted but because of the free pick up and drop at the airport it works out about the same as other hotels without it. Great rooms, great food and great location to airport.

Newer hotel very convenient to airport. Rooms large for Europe. Good airport access. Crowded restaurant with poor service. Discussed this with manager who was very helpful

We arrived quite late in the evening from a long day of traveling by train from Munich, Germany. It was very convenient to have the shuttle bus pick us up that evening and take us back to the terminal the next morning for our flight. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy this very nice hotel - it was one of the best of this type that we have ever stayed in.

The staff was helpful and spoke English well. The breakfast was great and the rooms were very nice. it was the end of our trip and it was nice to not have any hassles.The shuttle was prompt.
