I lived in this Wyndham Pittsburgh hotel for 4 nights, the hotel is closed to Pitts Univ. and CMU, good location if you will visit these two universities. The price is high, but not include breakfast. It is easy to find something to eat outside. There is trash left in the trash bin when I first entered the room, the worker is careless in working. It is noise outside, there is an oil station opposited to the hotel.

Even under some renovation things went smoothly and efficiently. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, modern,spacious and very clean. The bed was a little too firm, but comfortable. Will stay here again with no hesitation.

Not at 3 stars. Lobby was in the process of being renovated and the room was somewhere between "long in the tooth" to "shabby". Peeling wallpaper, chipped fixtures in the bathroom. The heating was difficult to regulate and noisy, but the bed was comfy. Overall, a disappointment, except that it was within walking didtance to the client, so no need to rent a car,

Clean,large room and bathroom. Good location, easy to walk to restaurants and cultural attractions. Helpful staff. Wish I had a refrigerator in the room.

After relocating to New Jersey after college over 48 years ago, I wished to spend more than just a quick visit with family and friends. The Wyndham was centrally located for entertainment and sightseeing. The hotel staff made me feel at home due to their accomodating and professional attitude. I will not hesitate to make this hotel my first choice upon the next visit to Pittsburgh.
