We spent 10 days and the service was really good. Confortable rooms with kind staff and good breakfast.

clean, convenient, close. staff was very helpful: eager to assist, and when I realized that I had left my wallet in the room several hours after checkout, they were able to locate it and return it immediately. can't get any better than that!

Good quality and value. Fairly new hotel and rooms are big for NYC standards. Sadly, housekeeping knocked fairly early to clean the room and that ended my sleep..

We had a great experience. The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was very convenient, within a block from the subway. The workout room was also well equipped.

it's a great hotel. can be loud at night and rooms can be cold. I did order a room with a kingsize bed but the hotel gave me two queen size instead. when asking for a change, they said they were fully booked and that it was the fault of the internet booking agent.

Hotel and room were very clean, staff very nice. Only complaint was the hairdryer, which did not work well, but I managed. We left our luggage in storage our last day without any issues.

Average hotel. Nothing to complain about but nothing to wow you. Pretty convenient location if you are taking the train or boltbus.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We had a great view of the Bank of America building from our 23rd floor room. The hotel is centrally located and close to the 6th and 7th avenue subway lines. Definitely recommend this place.

Hotel was comfortable. At night when we arrived the neighborhood seemed to be questionable, but when we woke up and saw all the flowers lining the street we were very pleased. Staff at check-in and check-out were helpful. Missed coffee in room. We will almost certainly use this hotel again and recommend it to our friends.

Overall the hotel was excellent value for money. The cleaners didn't come until very late though, and didn't even come at all one day. When they did come they didn't do a very good job. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The price was excellent. Location was good, not completely central but nothing seemed far or difficult to get to.

My mum and I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and were very happy, At first our room location was on the third floor but after I mentioned I paid for a 'New York City View' room they moved us to the top floor. The rooms were very spacious especially for NewYork City, the beds were very comfortable and two queen sized. There was no noise from any other room, which is a big plus for me. there was a fridge microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom was nice and towels fluffy. There was a bar restaurant which I didn't use on this trip. Close to subway and midtown. Make sure you go to Mustang Sally's and say hi to Mike Kelly for me. The check in and out was easy and the staff wonderful. Will stay here next time and recommend to friends.

A great hotel in an excellent location. A couple of blocks to the Empire State Building and a 7-8 minute walk to Times Square. Very friendly staff. Rooms reasonable size, modern decor, lovely beds and cleaned to a high standard. Microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board in room. Only negative being no safes in the room. Safes are available but are housed at the front desk and weren't any available for our first 2 days. Breakfast in hotel was ok, but better and cheaper available nearby. Very reasonable and would definitely use this hotel again.
