Staff were great, couldn't do enough for you. The room on the small side but the beds make up for it, they are amazingly comfortable. The location is fantastic, great choice of restaurants and within walking distance of Little Italy, Chinatown, Ground Zero. If back in NY, this hotel is the place to stay.

This hotel fitted our needs perfectly. Very clean and comfortable with a nice bar and restaurant . We breakfasted with the locals in the Deli and then maybe jumped on the subway which was right outside the hotel or walked a ten/fifteen minute walk to Ground Zero and Brooklyn Bridge and literally around the corner from Canal St. Very nice area with lovely bars and restaurants in Tribeca and nearby in Soho. Staff were lovely, so polite and helpful and the compimentary warm cookies and coffee when we returned in the evening were the BEST!!

I'd recommend this hotel if you're on an expense account. Clean, convenient, no view.

Great stay. Very close to our son in Tribeca. We would stay again if he were't moving .... May stay again anyway!! : )
