We had a great experience. The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was very convenient, within a block from the subway. The workout room was also well equipped.

it's a great hotel. can be loud at night and rooms can be cold. I did order a room with a kingsize bed but the hotel gave me two queen size instead. when asking for a change, they said they were fully booked and that it was the fault of the internet booking agent.

Good service, the staff is bilingual people. The rooms are very comfortable. A good option at a good price.

staff was very helpful in helping with cabs. . food containers were left under bed from previous guest! YUK! . Housekeeper left HER makeup on my bathroom vanity one day next to MY MAKEUP after cleaning room...did she use my stuff too???? gross....
