The trip was GREAT from the time we arrived until the time we left. The hotel was very clean, which was a big plus for me. Also, it was conveniently located for all our travel needs ie..beach, mall, amusement parks, restaurants etc. It was my first time, but surely won't be my last!!

Front desk staff non attentive and not customer focused. When I arrived I stood at the front desk in front of three employees carrying on a conversation that did not apply to me. No eye contact or even a hello. The attitude of the hotel staff was not the usual friendly service I have been used to receiving by the Hilton Chain. Even upon check out I wasn't even asked if I had enjoyed my stay and a copy of my reciept was not even offered.

The hotel was great and the rooms were very large compared to othere hotel rooms. I was charged an extra $25 by the hotel after my stay and i have no idea what it was for.
