I was in Orlando for business and this hotel was a good place to stay.

After arriving after 2:00am with my wife and child waiting in the car, the clerk gave us a single room when I have booked for a double occupancy room. When we discovered the error, I went to the clerk and she lied through her teeth that they had no more double occupancy rooms available. After refusing to believe her and demnanding the room I reserved, suddenly they had an opening. There was absolutely no excuse for this clerk lying and hassling us. She was visibly aggitated that we booked through a discount website complaining that she couldn't see how much we paid for the room. Finally, she relented. They came really close to having a family camp out in their lobby that night. I'll never stay there again.
