very nice, people and staff very nice and helpful. the room was very nice with alot of ammenities. great location and exterior appearance was very pleasing.

I was in Ronbkonkoma for a business meeting. Despite the fact that this was a very short stay, I found the staff to be very guest-oriented. They were pleasant, helpful and very accomodating. We needed to sue the shuttle on several occasions, When the shuttle was not available, the hotel summoned a cab and paid the fare for us. The breakfast buffet was very good. There was a large selection of items, and many made to order options as well.

quiet,friendly and comfortable. Being a 3 star hotel I could not compare to other hotels in the area except that it is better than holiday inn or la quinta inn ..Good hotel to stay for business only.

The room was nice and had everything i needed. My only issue was the food they had at there restaurant. The buffalo wings I had were terrible but they didn't make me pay for them or the drink I had with them which was very nice of them.
