Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Novi Guest Reviews
I got this room for my wife to have a night away with her friend. It turned out horrible. There were tons of little kids running all over the hotel raising cain, The police were there twice for disturbances. My wife said she was so disappointed and would never stay at another Hilton property again. This was not the only issue. When they arrived there was no one at the desk and when she found an employee he said, "oh are you here to check-in?" She said she wanted to say, "nope just carry my suitcase everywhere I go, here's your sign." I am very disappointed also and will not recommend Hilton. You blew it this time Hilton. We thought that Hilton Garden Inn would be comparable to Hyatt Place, but boy were we wrong. Hyatt is much better deal. This experience was my wife's worst ever.
