We were in town for a wedding and our family booked a large block of rooms. The hotel room is mostly clean, sort of nice, nothing fantastic. The breakfast was pretty good, but not great. The rates are reasonable for the area and it's close to the freeway. What makes this place get one star is their lack of customer service, and actually their downright rudeness. We were mistakenly charged for a movie we absolutely, 100% did not watch in our room. Rather than apologizing for the mistake or doing anything to fix it, the two women at the front desk said there was nothing they could do. We asked to speak to a manager, they said there was no way to contact him except to leave a voicemail at his office at the hotel. They didn't know when he would show up but said we could wait (ummm... right). Supposedly they don't have authority to make any changes on anyone's bills, but I highly doubt that or else there would be a manager there at all times. But, giving them the benefit of the doubt, even if that IS the case, there are several things they could have done differently. 1. Apologize for the mix-up, rather than acting like we're dishonest (customer service 101). 2. Find out how to get in touch with a manager, offer to call him, offer to take our information, anything besides telling us to wait around. 3. Don't smirk and act like it's funny, because that just makes people more upset. We left a voicemail and have yet to hear back from the "manager." I guess they don't care about their customers. Our credit card company is reversing the charge anyways, but it's just the principle of the matter. Needless to say we won't be staying there again.

Great customer service, I was very impressed they had free printing too, very useful since I was in town for a business trip. i loved the adjustable bed too.

We arrived late at night. Checking in took less than 2 minutes. The freshness and cleanliness of the hotel as well as our room, in particular the bathroom was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best hotel experience so far.

good easy check in and out. nice room with microwave and fridge. exactally what we needed. we were going to a local wine festival and the hotel had a area shuttle bringing us there and back. very easy. it was also close to local food and shopping.
