the staff tried really hard to accomodate me and my family,I was disappointed with having to switch rooms and unpack again,the room we received gave off a mildew odor when you turned on the ac/heating unit in the room,It wasnt pleasant.I believe the filters of the units should be changed more frequently.

The hotel was easy to reach of interstate 85, near several places to eat. The staff was very pleasant. When we called the front desk to get towels Raymond sent them up within five minutes.

Those sleep number beds are the pits. I could not get it adjusted to get confortable at all.
