Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Uptown Guest Reviews
The room is adequate in every measure. Its not a large room or bathroom, but adequate. The room was clean and in good shape. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool is the warmest hotel pool we have ever swam in. It is not bath warm, but you can tell it is actually heated. We would recommend a room on the mountain view side. We were on the highway side, and there is considerable traffic noise all night. All in all, a pretty good hotel for the price.

We enjoyed our stay we went out to eat the kids went swimming and we went shopping. I really like the hotel except for the traffic of I-40 other than that it was very nice I would go back!!

The hotel was nice. We chose this hotel because of the water slide. Unfortunately, they have an age limit on using it which is not dislcosed on the website or at check-in. When we used the pool for the first time, there was a hotel staff member posted at the slide that told us about the age limit. They strictly follow it and do not allow parents to ride with their clhildren if they are under age. I believe that the age limit was 7 years old. We would not have stayed at that hotel had we known about the age limit. In addition, there was urine and hair on the toilet seat when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, other than that. Upon check-out, I told the staff member about my concerns (the age limit not posted on the website and the condidtion of the toilet) and he was rather uninterested. He stated that he would tell a manager, but I sincerely doubt that he did.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff eas very helpfull and friendly from the front desk to the bartender. The pantry items are great for late night snacking and the hotel is very located near shopping and resturants. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well appointed. The only thing I would have changed was my room location as we were on the 2nd floor on the highway side and the I-40 highway created so much noise I needed to go buy earplugs to sleep. Other than that great hotel. I will probably stay again and just request a room on the other side of the building.
