we had great holiday, the rooms are very clean and fresh and the service was very good, beds were very comfortable and bathroom up to date. The view from our room was sectactular, the pool was clean and very new, the pool surrounding was great, with yaughts and expensive ships and the intercoastal steps away from the complex, the crowd was great, quite and not to busy, overall a great hotel.

The location was great and the staff was very nice. I wanted a quite relaxing trip and I got exactly what I needed.

Pros: the hotel is at a marina and it's nice to walk around and see the yachts. You can get a water taxi at the rear of the hotel,which is convenient. Cons: you have to take a taxi to get anywhere. It's expensive to do anything at the hotel-$3.50 for a coffee, $25 to park your car, etc. The number one thing I didn't like was the bathroom in our room. It had a sliding glass door that sits a few inches out from the wall so that there's very little privacy. The shower was only half enclosed, also, so there was a huge mess on the floor after use. Overall, I think you could find a nicer hotel for the cost that would include somethings like an airport shuttle or free continental breakfast. I wouldn't stay there again.

The guest agent automatincally "upgraded" me from my king size bedroom to a room with a wrap around balcony (overlooking the roof of the smaller buidling!) There was a glob of something that looked like aloe (I hope!) on the platform part of one of the double beds, the desk lamp had no shade, there were no stirrers for my coffee on my last day and it was too early to call downstairs for anything. No matter what the setting on the thermostat, the room remained 70 degrees. I like it colder when I sleep. I stay in Hilton hotels frequently and this one was not up to the usual standards I've come to expect.

We loved the location the back drop of the boats coming in and out of the harbor was great ,it was about 25mins from miami and everywhere we went was with in 10 -20mins away. One thing we didn't was you had to pay for parking which was not told before. handand that was something we didn't plan on paying. For and hidden cost and you had to pay for wireless internet so we just went to starbucks to us theres come on now even mcdoanlds has free wireless .but other that it was good and the bar stays open till am. WOWWWWWWWW!!!!!w
