having access to the hotel shuttle bus was a big advantage. No free wifi provided by the hotel .....not close to shops or facilities

no breakfast, no internett....all these you must pay extra.....very terrible location and the free shullten bus....just 29 seats....you must wait there at least 10 min before to make sure you have access, otherwise.....you should pay 16 eur to take Taxi.......I never have been in so poor Hilton hotel before and would like to choice two start hotel in Florence than this one.
