I would use the hotel again if I need to do so in the future

Great location for flights out of East Midlands airport. Comfortable room, ordered cappuccino from room service - biggest cappuccino I have seen in my life! Very friendly and helpful shuttle service driver who took us to the aiport and let us know that the French Air traffic controllers were on strike that day. Enquired as to what airline we where travelling, found us a trolley and loaded our luggage and all with a smile at 5.30am.

Clean and comfortable hotel had to ask for bathrobes and fruit but when I did they also provided a bottle of wine
