From the beginning this visit was off to a great start. From the door man to guest services everyone was friendly and very helpful. Room was well appointed and very clean. I am a regular at the Hilton chain and this was an extra ordinary visit.

I received a newly remodeled room which was beautiful and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the desing of the decor was very nice. The one thing I didn't like so much was the small bathroom. I would have liked more room in there but other than that the room was great. Being right down the street from the Galeria was a huge plus. The staff was wonderful and the lobby and restaurants were great!

The hotel was very nice but lots of construction during the weekend. The cost for parking for guests was rather high as well. The location was great and sevice was excellent. Overall, a very good experience.
