stay here every chance i get, love the pool , and enjoy the fantastic service, always send up complimentary tea service upon arrival and have big fruit basket in room, staff very attentive

Nice place to stay with 2 large super markets (KEELLS & CARGILIS) very nearby. Also Colombo's best temples Gangarmaya and Lake Temple are in the walkable distance.

The Hilton Residence was a great place to stay, staff were incredibly great, the service was excellent and met our every needs. I highly recommend hiring a hilton cab for a day of shopping, the driver was very knowledgable and provided a great day.

I read previous reviews which sounded ok & was pleasantly surprised. The appartment was spacious & for $103 a night exceptional value. I stayed at the Indra in Colombo last year for $35, which was just a room + bathroom, quite noisy at night due to a disco on site & no facilities. Compare this to the hilton, which has a fantastic gym, pool, steam room & it really is great value. Depends on your budget, but the appartment could easily cater for a couple + 2 single guests.
