Excellent location to catch flights (walking distance from all terminals) and downtown train (walking distance). Ok breakfast, although nothing comparable to Asian hotels

This is a great hotel to spend the night prior to your flight or after you arrive and are just too tired to drive to your destination. Or if you are on business using your expense account. Rooms are up-to-date with flat screen tv and comfy leather recliners. Staff was very pleasant and professional..they even had a staff member greeting customers and offering bottled water! On the other hand, this is not a hotel for a long stay with a family...no fridge or microwave. Restaurants are on the expensive side and room service is pricey. Wish they would have had lotion as part of the bathroom ammenities.

I had an overnight stay in chicago with an early morning flight and I had arrived late so the location was ideal. It was an easy check in and check out. The staff was friendly even so late into the evening and so early in the morning. It was really easy getting there and back to the airport. They have tunnel (5min walk in it)so you are shielded from cold weather. The room was very comfortable, modern but with classic hotel feel. It was the type of hotel that should cause more to stay in, but I got it at a bargain. I would definitely recommend staying there for overnight/transit purposes.

My only complaint really is that the little refrigerator that I could have used was sealed. I would have liked to chill some food, but I got the impression that if I broke the seal I would be buying something. On the positive side, after dropping off my rental car, and getting a shuttle to the shuttle center, I walked across the street to the Hilton. Next morning walked a couple hundred yards to my gate. Nice.

We stayed here to avoid the early morning commute to the airport. The location is amazing; just walk across the parking lot to the terminals. It was a little noisy (people and TVs, not airplanes) but nothing that stopped us from sleeping. I would certainly stay here again when travelling.

This hotel was extremely convenient for what we wanted to do. My husband and I were there for business on Friday west of Chicago and then spent Saturday downtown shopping and going out to dinner. We didn't need to rent a car because the EL was so easy to catch. Then Sunday he left early and I could sleep in and we didn't have to take separate cabs to the airport. Plus, breakfast Saturday morning was tasty and relaxing at the restaurant.

Nothing to say about room cleanliness or amenities, it was pretty much was you find everywhere else, but was this place noisy!! An airport hotel is a place where you go to get some sleep before an early flight, you usually arrive there tired and expect a quiet environment. Not here! Seems like the walls are made of paper or something. Doors are noisy and the water pipe must have something wrong because when someone in the room next door takes a shower it feels like a jet just started its engine in your room!!! I'm a heavy sleeper and am usually not disturbed by noises but seriously this was a bad experience.

Great location, nothing fancy but it fits your need if you travel in business and need to catch up an early flight. Quite comfortable for good rest before jumping into the hectic schedule after that.

Great location. Nothing fancy but it is comfortable enough to fit a business traveller to get an night rest before jumping into the hectic work schedule right after that. No wonder this hotel has been there for so long.

Hotel was fine, as we always stay at the Hilton, whether we book through Orbitz or by ourselves, we are Hilton Honours members, and have been for years. But the problem this time we had during this trip was my wife's flight reservation, which United airlines when making inquiries, told that it was the fault of the travel agents - aka Orbitz. Her flight on 1st July was cancelled, and they had re scheduled her on a very late flight and that was too late for her and so I drove her into Dayton Oh. from Chicago where she was to fly from earlier that day. Orbitz did not bother to confirm her return flight on 1 Sep. with United. and as a result her flight reservation was cancelled. She found out when she went to get the boarding pass online the day before 31st Aug. she then talked to your team live chat, and that did not work and then the 18000 #, and after holding the line for 45 minutes, some staff was able to put her reservation back again. Then she was able to get the boarding pass and fly on 1 Sep. She just returned home back to Japan. Because of this time consuming, frustrating experience, the next time, we will carefully think if we still want to continue booking with Orbitz.. I am sure this problem that happened was all registered by Orbitz as it went back and forth on 31 Aug. We lost all that precious time just only holding on the line to speak with an agent! Just because she did not take the re scheduled flight and went to the airline counter at ORD that morning to tell them to cancel that re scheduled late flight, they cannot cancel her onward return reservation on 1 Sep. But they did and Orbitz failed to keep track of that! My wife in fact told the airline check in clerk at ORD on 1 July when her original flight that morning was cancelled, not to touch her onward reservation on 1 Sep. and that she was only cancelling the re scheduled flight on 1 July, as her originally reserved morning flight that day was cancelled. We lost that flight plus time. So we will be careful the next time.

Stayed at the Hilton before flying back to London the following morning. I had to drop a friend off for an early flight to Canada so turned up at the hotel 6 hours before normal check in at 2pm. My room wasnt ready but they offered me upgraded room for an extra $20 which I took. The room was clean and very comfortable. A couple of annoying things were 1. I had to drag all my kit back to reception as my key didnt work and 2. there is no place to park the car to drop your stuff off. However the valet guy was ok and let me park for 15 mins whilst i checked in. I ate in the bar in the evening, usual bar snacks, but quite tasty although a little expensive. However that whats is expected at the Hilton. All terminals are just a few moments away from the hotel and there is underground access to them. I think you have to take the train though to terminal 5 but thats only a short ride. All in all if you have an early flight from O'hare then i would recommend using this hotel. They have an express checkout and you can be on your way very quickly.

We needed a place to stay overnight since our flight from overseas got in too late to catch the last flight home and we had a 6:45 flight the next morning. The hotel was perfect for that purpose. check-in is just a short walk from the baggage claim area and from ticketing.

Just a quick stay the night before catching an early flight. The stay could not have been better; it saved us several hours of time that would have been spent struggling to get to O'Hare. Staff was very accomodating. Location can't be beat. I will definitely stay here again on the last night of my visits to Chicago.

Hotel is very basic - but perfect if transitting through Chicago. The write up describing the room sounded better than the room itself. The room had all the promised features - but the room was very small. There was a disconnect between housekeeping and reception - so we never recieved the key to the mini bar. There was no information about the Chicago area in the room and we couldn't watch anything on TV without paying. The MP3 radio provided in the room was a life saver.
