Reserved 1 King but given 2 double beds instead. No slippers and complimentary water provided and expensive WIFI internet service. Have to pay $9 for parking in coins per exit. The worst thing is the cleaner knocked the door 4 times between 10:00 - 11:30am on the day of check-out trying to get the cleaning job done ASAP, which is annoying and inhospitable.

Friendly staff, lovely room, great location & view. Handy for Central Cairns & wharf. Mondos is a great casual eating restaurant.

Beautiful views from 8th floor over Trinity plus city views which were beautiful at sunset. Excellent pool and gym altho not very many people using these facilities. A bit noisy at night from entertainment in nearby park and casino but normally finished by 10-11pm. Most comfortable bed I've slept in in a hotel.

Great value for money. Excellent service of staff and great amenities of hotel and room which made our (my family of 3) stay very enjoyable. It will be my first choice if we visit Cairns again.
