The hotel is walking distance (10-15mins walk) from most major tourist attractions. The sight seeing hop on - hop off bus makes a stop in the square about 100 metres from the hotel. There is also an underground station literally right outside the door. A taxi to or from the main train station will set you back between 8-10 Euro. The room itself was reasonable. It was very comfortable but some of the fittings looked slightly dated, and it lacked some of the extras you usually see in hotels of this class, such as stationary, or brand name toiletries. Internet in the rooms was very expensive. 17 Euro a day for a limited speed standard connection, or 22 Euro for a business connection with a speed of around 40Mb/sec. The gym equipment was top notch, and all in working order. Pool was also well maintained.

Until arriving, we did not realize how central and perfect a locatio this was to introduce us to Berlin. Our room was perfectly appointed and maintained. All the staff were more than courteous, and the concierge desk went out of their way to answer our questions, make our reservations, and direct us to interesting destinations.

The hotel was centrally located for sights in Berlin. The staff was efficient. Great places to eat right in the square outside the front door. Took sightseeing hop on- hop off because we only had two days and the bus stopped across the street. Sights are mostly within walking distance. I received room upgrade and executive lounge previleges because I'm a Hilton honors member. This included free breakfasts, snacks, all kinds of drinks in a really pleasant lounge and free wifi. They gave us a late checkout - 3PM and it really helped us enjoy the city even more. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with A/C. I hated leaving the hotel at checkout. This is a really good value. If you are going to Berlin stay here!

Very nice hotel in the centre of the old part of town, with attractions near by and out the front of metro train station.

This is a superb hotel in a stunning location with fantastic service and excellent breakfast. The room was clean and very welcoming, even with Easter treats. Special mention needs to be made of the Conceirge who warmly accommodated all our inquiries and requests. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
