The rooms are fancy and stylish, though rather tight. Breakfast is good. Excellent location, just a few steps from Calle Serrano.

Very good location in Madrid (10 minutes by foot to go to the prado museum) in a quiet place with a lot of shops and few restaurants. All the hotel people are really nice and they give kindly all the details necessary to visit Madrid. PS : I was a little bit disappointed by the room decoration and the size of the bathroom.

A really nice hotel. Clean and fresh. Great style. The pictures matches the reallity very close. Good breakfast. The best is although the location. I do will return someday. My first time booking with Hotel Club and the conclution is that I will continue to do so. // David, Sweden

Generally ok, breakfast was good. Staff were not overly friendly and did the bare minimum. They say they have internet in all rooms and laptops, but ours did not work. No gym, pool or other facilities to speak of. Decent location, short walk or bus ride to most places.
