Good hotel, great place for fun, next to the beach, close to night life, noisy neighbourhood till midnight but than quite, very nice staff, good food.

The gym and sauna were a mess, but the hotel is well located and has decent half board food.

I have stayed in other Hisperia Hotels and was expecting the same standard, and this Hisperia did not live up to it. I have no complaints about the room, apart from the fact that the bathrooms need updating. Also, ladies, take your own hairdryer!!! The breakfast we had was very below standard and was grateful that I would only be staying the one night. The decoration throughout the hotel is a bit tired.

Excellent location, 50m to the beach, in Las Americas.Very close to big bus station and to to a port Colon, where most of tourist sea trips starts from. Professional and very friendly service, they'll help you with anything-booking trips, finding places etc. 10/10, multi language speaking. Corridors carpets could be cleaner, they have stains, but rooms are very clean, and the towels and beds are changed everyday. There is a swimming pool but I wasn't using it, the beach is too close. Food was pretty good, and there was a lot of meals to choose from, so I haven't eat the same breakfast twice. Excellent choice! I'll be back there definitively.

The small room did not strike me as 4 star accommodation, no fridge, room service or tea/coffee facilities and the walls were very thin. However the common areas in the hotel are lovely and the staff really pleasant and helpful. The food (I took breakfast and dinner) was excellent, an array of choices and all fresh. Smoking is not allowed in the restaurant or bar but there is a very nice outdoor area to sit with your coffee or beer in the shade. Location is ideal, across the road from the beach and promenade and a e22 taxi ride from Reina Sofia airport.
