Solidly good hotel, with very excellent food and good value room service. Fantastic views from the rooms. But there are one or two problems; the rooms are slightly over 'designed' and whilst having a kind of 'stylishness' are really just over cluttered. (For hot country there are simply too many covers blankets and cushions etc on the beds.) The Feng shui isn't working here. Also the doors of the rooms all slam and the sound travels too easily around the corridors. We were woken each morning by the noise of the maids closing doors. It's the little things, isn't it?

Very nice location - close to the marina and village of Puerto Calero. Overall the staff were very pleasant and helpful, rooms and food excellent ....spa however was a bit disappointing though - its quite small!
