We drove into Granada from Malaga. I'm not sure if it was pure fluke or just good map reading skills but we managed to find the hotel relatively easy. The access roads are extremely narrow as is the car park, but with a medium sized car we managed it OK. The hotel is a converted old mansion and has managed to retain some charm, making it feel refreshingly unique despite this being a chain hotel. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room overlooked the internal courtyard and was a bit dark, but as we were not in the hotel very much it wasn't a problem. The room was clean and had nice period features as well as all required and expected amenities. The free wifi was acceptable although it was patchy and we had to repeatedly enter passwords as it would disconnect frequently. The main advantage was the hotel's location, which was within easy walking distance of most things as well as being located in a safe and quiet square with local bars and restaurants nearby. The Alhambra is about 15-20 mins walk, although it is recommended to get a taxi or bus to the Alhambra and walk back down as it is a steep hill. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would certainly be happy to stay here again.

Good hotel, pretty comfortable and in an interesting building. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre and really well located. 25 minutes walk to the Alhambra (but up the hill! but it is definitely worth it). The wifi is in the lobby only, and not especially good - kept dropping out - only really good for checking the odd email or looking something up, so don't rely on it. Staff were helpful with looking things up, making reservations and phone calls on our behalf which we appreciated.

The location was close to bus lines, restaurants, shopping, the cathedral. The room was clean and the staff helpful. The mattress was a little too firm. The free wifi is nice, but it would be better if it was accessible from the room and not only in the lobby.

A very nice hotel right in the centre of Granada with very friendly staff. I highly recommend it you will get value for money. If you are driving there, contact the hotel before and they will email you a detail route to get to the hotel with no problems.

It was extremely hard to find the place. I asked several people who had no clue where it was even the police had no idea where it was but they looked at their map but despite of their direction it took me a long time to find the address.
