The room was very clean and was refreshed daily, comfortable beds, was allowed to check in early, near all of the attraction.

Was able to get a low rate when booking (which has not always been the case). Price/value for room was appropriate and worth staying this time. Front desk attendant was very helpful and accommodated my needs.

When I got there, we had 4 rooms reserved. The hotel staff lost the resrvation for one room. It got sorted out fine. Three rooms were fine. The fourth room smelled like cigarettes eventhough we specifically asked for non-smoking rooms. I was dispappointed.

Clean, room smelled so fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again when in Kissimmee.

If you are looking for a place to sleep commfortably, then this is the place. Quiet, cozy and desent breakfast.
