Heritage Hotel Queenstown
5 out of 5

The Heritage is a great hotel for families. We had connecting rooms that allowed the kids to have space to themselves as well as giving us peace. The pool area is great too ( although a little cold in the main pool ) Location is great out of the bustle of the township and views are spectacular.

We spent 3 nights as a long weekend break., good hotel, comfortable room with a partial lake view. The only minus point was the lack of parking on returning after being out all day. There are over 200 rooms and only 70 parking spaces!! Not good enough for a hotel in a holiday location!

We booked a lake view room for 3 nights. But not a perfect view from room. Lift only to 3rd floor. We live in 4th floor. Need to carry all luggages walk upstairs. Water quality was not good. Too much bleach in the water. Cannot drink. The furniture was a little bit old. But still comfortable and clean.

Good location. Close to the city by car. 20mins by walk. Friendly hotel! Hot buffet at the breakfast was very good! Staff was very friendly. Spa, piscine were perfect. Available parking for cars and perfect room. Very clean room. We were in the forest wing. View on part of the lake and montain. Nice! Just to know that at the check in you will have to deposit frozen 350NZD by credit card! I will return without hesitation!

Our second time staying at this hotel, a great reliable hotel for couples and family. Cozy with a characteristic building. Would stay here again.

Overall rating would be excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Staff were very friendly and provided good service. The only negatives were that the carpet in the room was starting to look a bit tired and the newspaper promised for Monday morning was not delivered. I would recommend the hotel to firends.

Our room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The free bus to town and back was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel-comfortable beds, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, roaring log fires, beautiful views and a convenient free bus service to town. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back.

Resturant was not very good, food average to bad and service good to very bad at times. But front desk removed the offending items from the bill so problem was resolved ok. Will need to work hard if they want to earn five star rating

we were upgraded to a suite which made us happy. the suites have a washer/dryer. except it didn't work. it made our clothes smell extremely bad. i had to take them to a laundromat. very nice from the outside but the rooms were a bit dated.

A well run, comfortable hotel with undercover parking. A free bus service to town is provided since it is not within walking distance of any attractions. Despite excellent guest facilities, the food offered was quite boring.

a very nice hotel, just needs a little bit of a freshen up now, for instance a chair in the dining room with a tear in the fabric on the top corner, paint etc. soon i would say, still very nice complex!

Great Hotel, shuttle bus arrives every 30mins to take you into town, same location as drop off to return to Hotel every half hr, will definately stay there again, heated pool, spa and sauna is the best. Breakfast every morning had so much to choice from. My room was huge, bed was a king size, although we had another single bed my 2 daughters ended up in bed with me. Will be back.
