Adjacent to the Polo Cafe is the Garden Lounge serving a variety of cocktails and light snacks to the relaxing sounds of the grand piano performed live every evening.

We especially like the view coz the rm that we stay facing a race horse track to bad we not be able to catch the race there, and we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Its a well known address in IPOH so it was convinient to reach there. Hotel room was good but maintenance is not as expected. Overall one stay of mine was comfortable.

We have never been to a dirtier 3-4 star hotels ever. The bedsheets were dirty with shoe marks. The walls were stained. The carpets not fit for walking on. We styaed 8 nights and there were something wrong that need some sort of complaints every day. We would have checked out on the first night if there were other hotels with rooms nearby. Will never stay there again.

The hotel was ok, but the breakfast buffet spread, could have been better, offering a more diverse variety, also the food finished fast. The location was alright, but the customer service can be improved, newspaper was not delivered until I called for it, and the next day same thing-had to call for the newspaper. Otherwise, the cleanliness and the location of the hotel is good.

An excellent hotel with good facilities and very good value for the price. It is a little far from the centre of town and there are no buses or taxis available in front of the hotel. Most of the guests there were Malaysians travelling with their own cars. We slept well on the beds there, and found some staff there who spoke English.
