The hotel was a little out of the city, but interesting journey to and from through the furniture making district. The en suite was built in the room and the facilities including the restaurant were not luxurious. But full credit to the staff - they could not have been friendlier or more helpful. For the price etc I would say it is good value for money.

This is very pleasant and helpful place to stay in Hanoi. For the money, it''s a very good value and particularly quiet for this city. Staff is supportive and rooms are very pleasant. The only issue is location, as it''s a short taxi ride into the tourist center of town.

This was my second stay here. Have stayed a total of over 20 days at this hotel and can say without a doubt that it represents a true travel value. The staff is always gracious and friendly, and make you feel at home. Would definitely stay there again, and have recommended it to others I know who travel to Ha Noi.
