Found hosts very friendly and helpful. Appreciated their recommendations of local sites to see and places to eat. Facility comfortable, clean and within short walking distance of town centre. Loved visit to Invercargill. :-)

Light breakfast was to be provided as per package but we were told that the owner "forgot" that it was still being advertised and so we did not get it provided. Hot water service went cold twice in the one morning. It was fixed after being reported the first time when there was no hot water for a shower then went cold again before 2nd person finished their shower. Neither shower was long. No hair dryer supplied in room and the staff were polite but definitely could not be described as welcoming.
