Great location for both dining and shopping. Department Stores such as Isetan, Daimaru, Hankyu, Hanshin ... are all within walking distance. Tokyu Hands on level 10 -12 of Daimaru. Free wired internet access in-room and wifi at reception area. Drink vending machine & ice dispenser along common area on each floor. Easy access to other areas of Kansai as it is really a central location e.g. 40 mins to Kyoto and 25 mins to Kobe.

The hotel is 5mins to Osaka JR station and many department stores (Daimaru, Hanshin, Hankyu, Isetan, Tokyuhands etc). There is a 24-hour convenient store opposite the hotel and many restaurants nearby, and reasonably price (tempura soba at Yen360, sandwich and tea set at Yen420 etc). Wired internet in room and network is stable. Will definitely return to this hotel. Take the airport Limousine to Herbis (5 mins walk from hotel).

Located 5 mins walk from Osaka Station. Room is small, clean and comfortable. Internet provide in room but no wifi. There is a 24-hour convenient store opposite the hotel. No need to eat in the hotel, There are shops opposite the hotel serving Tempura Soba at Yen360, breakfast set (sandwich & tea/coffee) at Yen400-500. Within walking distance to Daimaru, Hanshin, Hankyu, Isetan, Hive5, Yodobashi etc. All dept stores have supermarket where you can easily pick up food. Nothing special about the hotel except the awesome location.
