What a pleasant stay! Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the restaurant and the breakfast buffet as well.

A very decent hotel. Sufficient for the purpose of visit to Fox Glacier.

Nice people but all service seemed a bit off-hand. That said, the advice on when, how and where to see and visit the glacier was absolutely right and, thus, very useful.

It was just ok with comparison to other hotel stays in south island new zealand.....

Inconvenient no lift to carry luggage to upstair. The room is small. We reported to the reception that we don't see the remote control for the TV, all they said is someone must stole it...!!! Definitively, overprice, the room rate should included the breakfast. The breakfast selection was limited and overpriced too!
