staff had forgotten my wakeup call. this is inspite of having twice been at the reception and speaking to two different people to book a wakeup call for 4.30am. my domestic flight leaves at 6.30am. The manager said that these sort of things happen. He reluctantly apologised, which was also bad form. The shower had poor water pressure. Merivale Motel, on the other hand offered excellent service and was very good money value, a breakfast was thrown in.

This hotel had lots of atmosphere, it was clean and extremely reasonable considering the lovely surroundings. We would stay there again.

Lovely size with full bath. Ample car parking. Easy walk into city.
