The room was large with a good design. There was a living room area with sofa, tv and work table. The kitchenette was also in that room. The bedroom was down a small hallway which also led into the bathroom. There was a good warm breakfast. The gym was a little disappointing, only a handful of machines. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a shuttle that for a flat $15 picks you up at airport and also takes you around town (5 mile perimeter). I was only in town for a night and it was too windy for the beach so I headed to cityplace

It is a three year old motel,with excellent ammenities. Clean and comfortable with queen sized beds. No odor and I am sensitive to smells. The only drawback is it is located about 5 miles north of PBI and not in the grouping around the airport. We had a 6:15AM flight and their shuttle did not start until 7:AM. A $25.00 cab ride,including tip resulted. Would we stay again, the answer is YES.

We have been staying at the Hawthorn Suites on each visit to Palm Beach Atlantic University. Easy access to the highway, PBAU is one exit south. The location is convenient to the beaches on Palm Beach and shopping and dining at City Place. The suites are of good size, comfortable and clean. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The Hawthorn also provides a full hot breakfast with numerous options. I would recommend this hotel. The pricing through Orbitz was competitive with other hotels.

GREAT suite!! Loved it! It was perfect for us since my husband can't sleep in a bed so he was able to sleep sitting up in the living room and I couldn't even hear his TV in the bedroom. The appliances were top notch, the beds comfortable and it just worked out perfectly.
