This was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and this was a pleasent place to stay.

Was a good hotel, nothing special .... location was a bit out of the way. Couldn't control the A/C temp, that was weird.

There is no body wash or shampoo provided by the hotel which is worst than some 3 star hotels.

The hotel is near to the airport and ferry terminal but not so close to MOST of the island's attractions. However, the room was very spacious and clean, with a living room area and 2 TVs!! Special mention to the young male staff at the front desk who helped us book a really cheap car rental despite his struggle to communicate with us in English! Commendable service that was very much appreciated! With the car rental, the location didnt matter for us in the end. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hawaii!
