Nice spacious room and bathroom. Wide choice for breakfast buffet. Plenty of attentive staff always with a smile. Guests 75% SE Asian 25% Aussie. A nice pleasant stay. Would stay there again.

Our experience in the hotel was great. From the moment we reached the hotel, the staff were very gracious and helpful. The rooms were clean and upkept very well. Facilities in this hotel was fantastic, as they even had wireless service, which made my wife and myself very happy as we could check our mail from the comfort of the room. The pool was very nice, liked the pool side service. Thank you harris kuta for making my our vacation a memorable one.

The Hotel rooms and general areas are very run down and no proper maintenance. Will not stay here unless upgrading and maintenance works is done.Location is ideal for shopping and dinning ,just 5 minutes walk to Kuta Beach. Francis/Singapore

The hotel is close to everything so no taxis needed. The breakfast was basic. The pool area is nice. The staff are friendly. Rooms were clean abit basic.
