Our room overlooked the lake and the golf course. Not bad for $26 a night! Highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable stay. The beds were so comfortable-hated to leave them behind. The hotel our needs perfectly. It was nice to have an in room fridge. We had a nice view of the pool and cabana. Check in and check out was a breeze. Shuttle to the casino was convienent. The driver "Marvin from Memphis" was delightful and kept us all entertained.

Hotel great! Paula Deen breakfast the very best! Beats every buffet in Robinsonville! I would give it a perfect ten! The only thing Harrahs needs is a band at the bar. They will have it all if they can do this!

This getaway was perfect for the money! However, i was disappointed when my room was switch from the Harrahs Veranda to the Terrance. Also I booked for a king bed and they were out at check-in so I had to get a double bed. The room was dusty and gum embedded in the carpe, with no comforter because out of short stock, but otherwise, our stay was awesome.

My husband and I wanted to get away for Christmas, so we decided Tunica. The hotel Veranda was excellent, very beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. The staff was great, and everything was very nice. Keep up the good work.

I have not travel much, but this hotel was the nicest one I have ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle runs every 10 minutes to take you too the casinos. You can eat, drink, and gamble win or lose you have a desinated driver back to your hotel room.

The room was great and the service was great also. The only thing I did not like was that they did not have free wifi. Internet connections cost $11.95 per night. mI figure they wanted you to gamble and not surf the net.

It was located about 25 miles away from Graceland, which was perfect being that the area around Graceland wasn't that great. The Hotel Lobby was very nice and inviting with a small bar area and place to buy pre made snacks. The elevators could have been a little more clean but were ok. Our room was very clean and neat with a great view of the pool area which was very nice. The beds were newer and very comfortable. If you really looked hard you could tell that the rooms were a little older just by the cabinet holding the TV. The Tv was also fairly old with just a few stations to watch, none of this took anything away from the enjoyment of our stay. On a scale of 1-10, I'd rate this about an 7 and would stay here again .

Stayed here overnight with visiting family members from overseas. Carpet in both rooms filthy, stains and scuff marks on walls. Restroom had leaking toilet and dirty shower curtain and floor. Bed sheets looked dirty with hair in one bed no mattress protectors and awful pillows (stained pillowcases). Granted the room was quiet and the location was not terrible I would never stay here again. We stayed at goldstrike last year cheaper! and much better but they had no rooms available at short notice.

I was blown away at the amazing customer service I received at this property. Being in the tourism industry in another state, I really look at that. I would LOVE to have any of them in my hometown!

The best accomodations ever for the price...the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. did win any money but the buffet (Paula Dean) was exceptionable. Still trying to figure out what they meant by " 97% payout" someone else musdt have gotten mind. All in all the value was great and the enjoyment was surperb...looking forward to doing this again.

The hotel is very nice but the staff are just plain rude. We asked for a handicapped room and was put on the 6th floor and a long walk down the hall to a room that was not handicapped. Even though it was posted on our confirmation. The clerk was not very nice so we ended up struggling and did not do anything about it. They really need to talk to their hotel staff and do some training... if they need help I would offer my assistance for freeeeeeeee They are in serious need of it.... Toooo bad to have a wonderful hotel and such nasty staff to staff it..... makes your stay seem pretty bad even when the hotel is as nice as it is. Clean Rooms were great. They charge additional for wi-fi which is unheard of now days ???? did not get that one at all.. but was told we can sit outside and access it for free... Orbits was great and had a great price so not complaining about Orbits .. and the room was great... service and extra for wi-fi is bad....
