Harrah's New Orleans Hotel Guest Reviews
In New Orleans for business and stayed for the first time at the Harrah's, across the street from the Casino of the same name. What a nice surprise! Unlike the somewhat drab and depressing casino, I found the hotel bright, tasteful and quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly, rooms were very comfortable and felt "high end", and the business center was free to guests; something greatly appreciated. Watch out for the $32 parking.

We were very impressed with the room and the hotel overall. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in New Orleans.

My husband and I both smoke and we requested a smoking room.I called the Hotel a week before to ensure my request could be accommodated.They told us yes....When we arrived, they told us they did not have a smoking room.After talking with other quest,we found that they put people in smoking rooms who did not smoke..We even offered to pay a little bit more just for ashtray !!!! Other then that the Hotel was clean and nice.We had a good time,the location was great.We took a tour and seen alot of New Oleans,spent time in the French Quarter and didn't lose our shrits in the Casino.

Close to all the main attractions, a cab ride away from everything else. Friendly staff and affordable rates.
